Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add berries, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to make the batter for your French toast.
- Preheat your flat top gas griddle to medium heat. Add butter to melt.
- Dip each piece of bread in your prepared batter. Make sure to coat both sides of the bread evenly before placing on the buttered griddle.
- Flip each piece of bread every 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
- On a large platter, shingle the finished toast and top with mixed berries, whipped cream, and syrup before serving. Enjoy!
