Order Processing
After purchasing, please allow up to 5 days for your order to process and ship.**
Shipping & Transit
Once shipped, orders will take approximately 7-14 business days for delivery.** This estimation varies depending on the carrier. Orders ship via FedEx, USPS and other various carriers. Depending on the items on the order, items may ship from different warehouses, resulting in differing transit times. Currently, we only offer standard ground shipping.
**During peak holiday seasons, we may experience extended processing and shipping times due to increased order volume. Peak seasons include May-July and October-December.
Shipping Rates
The charged shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the items ordered. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Please Note
Pit Boss only ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Canadian orders must be placed on the Pit Boss Grills Canada website. We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship to military addresses (AA, AE, and AP).
