Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss Grill or smoker to 275°F
- In a mixing bowl add cream, milk, salt, garlic and onion powder, and pepper.
- Using a mandoline, cut the potatoes into paper-thin slices and add into the cream mixture.
- Add 3 cups of shredded parmesan cheese to potato mixture, and mix well.
- Use nonstick spray to coat your Dutch oven or oven-safe casserole dish.
- Evenly distribute the potato and cream mixture into your Dutch oven. Note: you want the cream to be just below the potatoes. You may not need all of the cream mixture.
- Top mixture with 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
- Cover with lid or foil and bake in the Pit Boss at 275°F for 1 hour.
- Uncover potatoes and raise the grill temp to 325°F to brown the top.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a half hour.
- Enjoy with friends and family!
