Directions
- To make the simple syrup, combine ½ cup water and ½ cup brown sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, stir in ¼ cup maple syrup and allow the mixture to cool. Store in the fridge until ready to use. (A single cocktail uses ¼ oz.)
- Using the Pit Boss smoke tube kit, fill the tube with pellets and light from the top until pellets begin to smoke.
- Hold your cocktail glass over the smoke tube and allow it to fill with smoke for a few seconds before placing it upside down on a flat surface to hold the smoke in.
- Fill the glass with ice before pouring in the bourbon, lemon juice, and brown sugar maple simple syrup. Stir to combine before topping it off with ginger beer.
- Skewer two marshmallows onto a long toothpick and lay it across the top of the cocktail.
- Light the marshmallows on fire using the Pit Boss butane torch for a sweet and toasty garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
