Directions
- Preheat pellet grill to 225°F with cherry blend pellets.
- Place fresh pitted cherries on a sheet tray and onto the grill. Allow the cherries to smoke for 20-30 minutes.
- Add cherries, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, cherry peppers, chipotle paste, Worchestershire, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and shiny.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and place on the stove over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a light boil.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry. (1:2 ratio)
- Slowly mix the slurry into the cherry glaze mixture. Stir until fully combined and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Store in an airtight container or use right away!
