Directions
- Preheat your grill to 350°F.
- Cut each squash in half, long ways, and use a sturdy spoon to scoop out the seeds.
- Using a basting brush, evenly coat the inside of the squash with melted butter, then season with Boss Rub, to your liking.
- Wrap each half with aluminum foil.
- Place on the upper rack of your preheated grill and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- When the flesh is fork tender, remove from the grill and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Using a fork, scrape the flesh from the skin into a bowl. Break apart the strands and add more butter and seasoning, as desired.
- Serve immediately!
