These wings are dripping with flavor from homemade orange chili glaze and grilled just right on the pellet grill for a touch of smoke. Try them yourself in less than 40 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen chicken wing sections
  • 18 oz. orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Pit Boss GSP Rub

Tools

Directions

  • Preheat grill to 500°F
  • In a bowl, combine marmalade, honey, BBQ sauce, chilis, vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well to combine and set aside at room temperature.
  • Lightly coat the wings with oil, then season with BBQ Rub or garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill seasoned wings on the lowest grill grate, rotating often to ensure even color and cooking.
  • Once the internal temperature of the wings reach 155°F, remove from the grill and coat with your orange chili glaze on all sides.
  • Add the glazed wings back to the grill to set the sauce. Continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 165°, brushing with more sauce as desired.
  • Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
