Directions
- Preheat grill to 500°F
- In a bowl, combine marmalade, honey, BBQ sauce, chilis, vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well to combine and set aside at room temperature.
- Lightly coat the wings with oil, then season with BBQ Rub or garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill seasoned wings on the lowest grill grate, rotating often to ensure even color and cooking.
- Once the internal temperature of the wings reach 155°F, remove from the grill and coat with your orange chili glaze on all sides.
- Add the glazed wings back to the grill to set the sauce. Continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 165°, brushing with more sauce as desired.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
