Leftover Brisket Tacos

Everyone loves taco night! Take it to the next level with your smoky leftover brisket! These are a crowd-pleasers topped with a fresh lime crema, tangy pickled onions, and your favorite salsa! These come together in under 30 minutes, so give them a try for your next Taco Tuesday or weeknight dinner!

  • Start by preheating your Pit Boss grill to 300°F.
  • Place the brisket and beef broth in an aluminum pan and cover with foil. Allow the brisket to heat through.
  • Preheat your Pit Boss griddle to a medium-high heat and lightly spray with oil. Lightly toast the tortillas on both sides.
  • To build the tacos, lay down the brisket, pickled onions, salsa, and crema onto the tortilla before finishing with some crumbled Oaxaca cheese.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
