Directions
- Start by cooking the bacon on your gas griddle on medium heat.
- Remove bacon from the griddle, set aside, and sauté your onions and kielbasa.
- Move kielbasa and onion to a cooler side of your griddle surface.
- Spread cabbage out on the griddle top and season with your desired spices.
- Add a small amount of water to steam your cabbage.
- Add all other ingredients back in with the cabbage and continue cooking until cabbage reaches desired doneness.
