Directions
- Preheat the Pit Boss Grill to 450°F
- Using the pit boss burger press, press out 3 oz. portions of ground beef into patties. Then season with Cowboy Butter Rub.
- Grill the slider to your desired internal temperature, then top with cheese and remove from the grill.
- Spread butter on each half of the slider buns and toast on the grill. Remove from the grill once the buns are toasted and golden brown
- Spread Chipotle mayo onto each bun half, assemble the slider by placing a patty on bottom half then place two half pieces of bacon on the patty with desired amount of cowboy candy. Top with the other bun and place a sandwich pick through the center to hold the slider together. Serve immediately!
