Is it hot in here? Or is it just these Cowboy Candy Sliders? Juicy cheeseburger sliders topped with sweet and spicy candied jalapenos make for the ultimate spicy slider. If you're a fan of heat, this one's for you! Melty pepper jack, beef patties, chipotle mayo, bacon, and cowboy candy jalapenos; these are small burgers with BIG flavor, give them a try at your next tailgate or backyard BBQ!

  • Preheat the Pit Boss Grill to 450°F
  • Using the pit boss burger press, press out 3 oz. portions of ground beef into patties. Then season with Cowboy Butter Rub.
  • Grill the slider to your desired internal temperature, then top with cheese and remove from the grill.
  • Spread butter on each half of the slider buns and toast on the grill. Remove from the grill once the buns are toasted and golden brown
  • Spread Chipotle mayo onto each bun half, assemble the slider by placing a patty on bottom half then place two half pieces of bacon on the patty with desired amount of cowboy candy. Top with the other bun and place a sandwich pick through the center to hold the slider together. Serve immediately!
