Chimichurri Sauce

Sometimes, plain steak is all you need. And sometimes, you feel like mixing it up at the backyard BBQ by whipping up this quick and easy homemade chimichurri sauce, perfect for those elevated grilled dinners you've grown to love.

Just prep all your fresh ingredients, add to a food processor or blender, and store in the fridge for your next recipe. It's really that simple!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 fresh bay leaves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

  • Place all prepared ingredients in a food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes
  • Allow mixture to sit 15 minutes before use.
