Directions
- For cold smoking, the temperature must be 80°F or below, so we recommend using a Pit Boss smoke tube on your grill. Fill the smoke tube with your choice of pellets, light, and place on the grill.
- In a medium bowl, toss nuts with 1-2 tbsp of your sauce and coat evenly with seasoning.
- Spread coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and place on the grill.
- Smoke until the binder has evaporated and the mixture is dry, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
- Store in a sealed container until ready to eat.
