Thai Chili Chicken Wings

All the classic flavors of Thai cooking in a bite-sized chicken wing! If you're looking to try something new, these are for you. Tossed in a savory and spicy sauce and finished with fresh herbs and crushed peanuts,  these will be your new go-to recipe! Give these a try next time you're craving wings, and you won't be disappointed! 

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen chicken wing sections
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tsp garlic paste
  • 3 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp chili garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp fried chili in oil
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sweet hot mustard
  • Green onions
  • Hot honey
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Crushed Peanuts

Directions

  • Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 450°F
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, honey, chili garlic paste, fried chili, oyster sauce, and sweet hot mustard. Whisk together until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Set aside 3/4 cup of this sauce for later.
  • Allow the wings to marinate in the sauce for at least one hour- Overnight is suggested.
  • Place the wings on the bottom rack of the grill, rotating often to ensure even cooking. Cook the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Pull the wings off the grill and toss in the remaining 3/4 cup of sauce.
  • Plate and garnish with hot honey drizzle, cilantro, and crushed peanuts. Enjoy!
