Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 450°F
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, honey, chili garlic paste, fried chili, oyster sauce, and sweet hot mustard. Whisk together until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Set aside 3/4 cup of this sauce for later.
- Allow the wings to marinate in the sauce for at least one hour- Overnight is suggested.
- Place the wings on the bottom rack of the grill, rotating often to ensure even cooking. Cook the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Pull the wings off the grill and toss in the remaining 3/4 cup of sauce.
- Plate and garnish with hot honey drizzle, cilantro, and crushed peanuts. Enjoy!
