Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Unwrap the blocks of cream cheese and score the tops of them in a diamond/criss cross pattern.
- Season the scored tops of the cream cheese blocks with BBQ rub.
- Place the cream cheese blocks on a baking tray lined with butcher paper. Place tray with cheese on upper rack of your smoker.
- Smoke for 2 hours.
- Remove cheese from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve with your choice of crackers, bread, and veggies!
