Directions
- Start by preheating your Pit Boss grill to 300°F.
- Place the brisket and beef broth in an aluminum pan and cover with foil. Allow the brisket to heat through.
- Preheat your Pit Boss griddle to a medium-high heat and lightly spray with oil. Lightly toast the tortillas on both sides.
- To build the tacos, lay down the brisket, pickled onions, salsa, and crema onto the tortilla before finishing with some crumbled Oaxaca cheese.
