Directions
- First, preheat your Pit Boss to 350-400°F
- Next, open the sear plate and place a cast iron skillet over the open flame.
- Add 3 tbsp of avocado oil to the cast iron skillet, then sear the meatballs on all sides.
- Add the diced tomatoes, close the sear plate, and bake at 350°F for about 15 mins
- Next, pull the cast iron off grill, open the sear plate, and turn your grill back up to 500°F
- Char or grill your asparagus over the open sear plate, then set aside, and quickly toast your flatbread in the same manner.
- Now it’s time to plate! Start by laying the flatbread down on a plate or shallow bowl, then top with the grilled asparagus, meatballs, and cooked tomatoes.
