Directions
- Preheat the grill to 350°F. Place a cast iron skillet in the grill to preheat.
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, buttermilk, Pit Boss Homestyle Pork Rub, and pimento cheese spread. Add in the sugar, baking powder, cornmeal and flour. Mix until well combined.
- With cooking gloves, carefully remove the cast iron skillet from the grill, grease it, and add the cornbread batter.
- Grill for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden and pulling away from the edges of the skillet.
