Directions
- Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 350°F.
- Lay the strips of bacon in a single layer on a baking sheet or shallow pan. Top with bourbon (or whiskey) and let sit for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Lay the bacon on a roasting rack and evenly coat both sides with sugar, paprika, and pepper.
- Place the rack on the upper most rack inside your grill or smoker and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon reached your desired crispiness/doneness.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5-6 minutes.
