Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350°F
- Rub your pork loin with Dijon mustard as a binder, then season with salt and pepper. Add your chopped rosemary last.
- Place your pork loin inside your grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 135-137°F. This should take about 25-30 minutes.
- Remove your pork loin from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the loin into 1/4-1/2 inch thick slices, serve, and enjoy!
