Directions
- First, preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 400°F
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and BBQ Rub. Then, incorporate in your cheddar cheese, Monterey cheese, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Pro tip: Use a hand mixer for a light, fluffy consistency.
- Fold in your can of jalapeños. Then, pour entire mixture into a cast iron skillet or other oven-safe dish like a foil pan.
- To make the topping, in a small bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs, remaining parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tsp of BBQ rub. Spread topping evenly over the dip.
- Place dish inside smoker at 400°F and let smoke for 20 minutes.
- Serve with crackers of choice (BBQByMazie recommends Ritz crackers) and enjoy!
