Directions
- Preheat pellet grill or smoker to 275°F.
- Place cedar plank on the grill by itself for 20 minutes.
- Lightly baste the salmon with melted butter, then season with Pit Boss Maple Chipotle Rub.
- Place salmon on the plank in the grill and allow to cook 3/4 of the way, or for about 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from grill and glaze with a mixture of sweet chili sauce, raspberry preserves, chipotle puree, and water. Place back on the grill for another 10-15 minutes to set the glaze.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
