Directions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 350°F
- In a baking dish, add raw corn and diluted cream of chicken.
- Place your pan of corn on the center shelf of your grill.
- Rotate the corn every 15 minutes until soft. The cream of chicken should thicken during this process.
- In a separate pan, mix fresh herbs with instant mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Remove the corn from grill and roll each ear of corn into the potato mixture.
- Serve immediately!
