Directions
- In a blender, add ginger, rice vinegar, whole egg, sesame oil, and salt. Blend on low and slowly increase the speed to high.
- Slowly add the oil to the blender until fully incorporated. Set 6 oz aside and place the rest into a mixing bowl with your wings. Allow wings to marinate for at least an hour and a half or up to 12 hours. Note: Cover and refrigerate for the entire duration of the marinating process.
- Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350°F
- Place your marinated wings on the bottom rack and rotate every few minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove wings from the grill and place on platter.
- Top with remaining ginger sauce and wasabi drizzle. To make the wasabi drizzle, combine 1 cup of water with 3/4 cup wasabi powder.
- Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, chili flakes, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
