Directions
- On a large sheet pan, spread out half the tortilla chips, then cover with half the shredded cheese and one cup of chicken. Sprinkle with half of Pit Boss Chicken & Poultry Rub. Top with the rest of the tortilla chips, cheese, chicken and remaining seasoning.
- Turn your Pit Boss Grill to 350° F. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and everything is warmed all the way through. Remove the pan from the grill.
- Top the nachos with the black beans, corn, diced red onion, sour cream, cilantro and pickled jalapeños.
