Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss to 350°F and place the Dutch oven directly over the flame broiler.
- Add butter and garlic to the Dutch oven and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the beer and allow it to reduce by half, about 5 minutes.
- Dice the cheese into small cubes and add them to the beer mixture. Stir every 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in the spinach and remove from the heat.
- Stir in bacon bits, paprika, Worcestershire, Dijon, and horseradish. Mix well to combine and serve while hot!
