Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss pellet grill to 350°F
- Place a large cast iron over the open sear plates and allow to heat up with the grill.
- Cook the ground beef until just browned before adding in the remaining ingredients (excluding the cheese and burger buns). Allow the mixture to come to a simmer and stir every 5-6 minutes.
- After simmering for 30 minutes, remove the cast iron from the grill and allow it to cool and thicken.
- To assemble the sandwiches, scoop the ground beef mixture onto toasted buns and add a slice of your preferred cheese to each sandwich.
- Serve, and enjoy!
