Directions
- Set griddle to medium heat.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, and Pit Boss GSP. This will be our egg wash.
- To assemble the sliders, spread the desired amount of dijon mustard on 1 side of the bread and mayo on the other. For each sandwich, layer gruyere cheese, ham, bread, more gruyere cheese, and finally sliced turkey. Close the sandwich up, by pressing down on the sandwich to hold its shape better.
- Dredge each side of the bread into the egg wash before placing onto the griddle. Cook each side until golden brown.
- Remove from griddle once fully cooked. Cut at a diagonal, top with powdered sugar, serve with your favorite jam and enjoy!
