Directions
- Preheat your grill to 450°F
- Prepare the chiles by removing the seeds and soaking them in hot water for 2-3 minutes.
- Then, drain the water and add the soaked chiles to a food processor with ginger, cumin, salt, pepper, vinegar, garlic, oregano, agave, shallots, and oil. Blend until smooth
- In a large bowl, mix the wings with your homemade adobo chile marinade until coated evenly. Reserve some marinade for after grilling. Season marinated wings with Pit Boss GSP rub, as desired.
- Grill the wings on the lower rack, rotating often with tongs until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and toss with more marinade and softened butter. Serve while hot and enjoy!
