Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss griddle to medium heat.
- Place tortillas on the griddle and warm both sides.
- Add 1/3 of a cup of pizza sauce to the center of each tortilla.
- Evenly disperse the chicken, bacon, basil, and cheese over the top of the sauce.
- Fold in the left and right sides of the tortillas into the center, then the bottom and top, to create a pocket. To seal the pocket, flip the folded tortilla over and allow the griddle heat to secure the pocket.
- Flip your pockets every 2 to 3 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the heat and let rest for a few minutes. Slice in half, marvel at the "cheese pull", and enjoy!
