Directions
- Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 400°F.
- Pat ribs dry with a paper towel, then remove the membrane from each. You can do this with a butter knife and a paper towel, or with the Pit Boss Rib Prep Tool.
- Coat the ribs lightly and evenly with avocado oil, then generously season with Pit Boss Cowboy Butter Rub on both sides.
- Grill the ribs on the bottom rack until and even sear is achieved, flipping and rotating as necessary. Then, remove the ribs and reduce your grill's heat to 300°F.
- Place the ribs in a full-size aluminum pan and coat the tops with softened butter. Then, add beef broth to the pan and cover the ribs and pan with plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
- Grill ribs in covered pan for 1 hour.
- Remove from the grill and let the ribs rest in the covered pan for 30 minutes.
- Carve and serve immediately!
