Directions
- First, preheat your Pit Boss Griddle to medium-high heat, and scramble 4 whole eggs.
- Then, add your pre-cooked chicken (or protein of choice) and rice and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Next, add peas and carrots and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Add soy and oyster sauce, and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Then, remove the fried rice from the griddle and allow it to cool completely before portioning into your meal prep containers of choice.
- You can store this meal prep recipe in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, reheating as needed.
- To reheat, place the fried rice into the microwave and reheat for 1-2 minutes uncovered, in a microwave-safe container.
