Directions
- Preheat your Pit Boss wood pellet grill to 500°F.
- Season your filets with your favorite BBQ rub. We used Pit Boss GSP rub, Pit Boss Sweet Heat Rub, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill filets on each side for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a medium temperature. For rare, open your grill's sear plate and grill over open flame for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
