Directions
- Preheat pellet grill or smoker to 200°F. We recommend fueling up with a heavy-smoke flavor wood like Mesquite pellets or our Pit Boss Competition Blend.
- Place a large shallow pan on your grill grates and pour in about 4-6 cups of water.
- Let the water smoke for about 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
- Turn grill off and allow the pans of water to cool.
- Once cooled, transfer water to ice cube trays or ice molds and place them in the freezer.
- When the ice cubes are completely frozen, enjoy in your favorite drink! Store remaining cubes in a sealed freezer bag or other container until ready to use.
