Directions
- Add crab meat, mayo, breadcrumbs, Boss rub, chives, oregano, mustard, and 1 egg into a bowl and mix well to combine. Divide into 6 equal portions, about 3.5 oz each.
- Using a burger press or your hands, press each portion of crab cake mix into patties.
- Preheat your flat top gas griddle to a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add butter to preheated griddle, and place patties onto the surface, Griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side. Optional: griddle bacon slices at the same time over a separate, high-heat burner.
- Once the patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F, remove from the grill.
- Butter buns and griddle on the hot surface until golden brown.
- To assemble, add chipotle mayo to each bun, then add a crab cake patty, 2 slices of cooked bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
- Serve & enjoy!
