In the Pit Boss Kitchen, we're always looking for ways to spice up our BBQ creations, and sometimes that means adding a homemade sauce to finish off the dish. Chef Kirk shared with us his famous Chipotle Mayo sauce so you can make it at home and drizzle on all your favorite grilled foods. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayo
  • 3 tbsp chipotle puree
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together well.
  • Pour into a squeeze bottle for easy drizzling and enjoy on all your favorite dishes!
