I have an Austin 1000 smoker that finally gave up after over 5 years of constant use. It helped that I kept it clean.
It did stay outside covered up it’s whole life.
I used mostly your “competition Blend Pellets”
It got used in every way imaginable, meats, pies,
Even side dishes at thanks giving.
My son’s birthday is December 2nd, and he ALWAYS wanted baby backs.
That ment I cooked, using the 1-2-3 method.
I am Looking for a Phoenix smoker to replace the Austin 1000.
I can’t find one anywhere.
Can you help this Senior Citizen, Grandfather, Honorably Discharged former U.S. Army Medic .
